Where it started
In 2018, Jordan bought a second-hand car that needed serious paintwork attention. The problem wasn't the car — it was finding someone who could actually do the job properly. Nobody met the standard. So he decided to do it himself.
That decision wasn't random. Jordan grew up watching Formula 1, BTCC, and the World Rally Championship with his Dad. Cars weren't just transport — they were engineering, art, and obsession rolled into one. When he picked up a machine polisher for the first time, it wasn't a hobby. It was inevitable.
What started as sorting out his own car quickly became something more. Jordan took detailing to an obsessive level — studying paint correction techniques, coating chemistry, and surface preparation methods far beyond casual car care. Within months, the requests started coming in. Veis Detailing was born in August 2018.

R&D
Most detailers buy products off the shelf. Jordan started researching car care product development back in 2017 — before Veis even existed. He pitched the concept to the company he was working for at the time. They passed. So he left, and built it himself.
When the Covid-19 lockdown hit in 2020, the unit went quiet but the work didn't stop. Jordan began developing homebrew car waxes — testing formulations, adjusting ratios, obsessing over durability and gloss depth. Twelve months of research and development later, Lunar was born — a custom wax blend engineered for the kind of finish that makes people stop and look twice.
Then came the shampoo. Working alongside a specialist chemist in Cannock, Jordan developed Nebula — a pure ceramic-safe shampoo formulated specifically for coated vehicles. No fillers, no wax additives that compromise coating performance. Just clean, pH-balanced chemistry designed to maintain rather than degrade protection.
Nebula launched in March 2021. Both products are constantly being refined based on real-world customer feedback and Jordan's own testing programme.
